How to wall post w.o imgur?
how do i wall post a picture but without the need of prntscr or imgur? it didn't let me in the past so i'm sorry if its easy now and i'm just not doing it right

To include an image in a wallpost (or most other places on PMC) the image must be hosted somewhere on the web; IMGUR is a common choice for this, but there are many fee hosting services out there (do a search and check the TOS etc. for various services to find one that works for you )
is there a way to get rid of the imgur tab? i think it ruins my screenshots :(
Are you taking about the white border that looks makes it look like a Polaroid?
For mine I use the img tags
ie. [img*]ht^^ps://i.imgur.com/wPiVRde.jpg[/img*] without the * and the ^^ becomes tt
IMGUR calls this the BBCode: option when you get the links for a specific pic
that sould be [img*]h^^ps://i.imgur.com/ZQOwdEl.png[/img*] for you latest although the bottom of the IMGUR links popup offers several size options

You need a hosting page for this. Discord banned those uses(link dies after time)

imgbb is what i use, its fast, and easy. idk if it has ads because i use an ad blocker ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

For PMC I stick with IMGUR because a number of the other sites permit 'adult' material (and may show 'adult oriented' ads) which IMGUR is good about not doing…
That was part of why I suggested reading the TOS pages which often allude to this (if a site allows hosting 'adult' material, its ads probably contain the same.)
I've seen people mention imgbb , but have not used this service myself…
