This Mod (henceforth "Modification" or "The Modification"), by the terms of http://creativecommo...s/by-nc-nd/3.0/ is the sole property of the Mod author (SuperNate325, henceforth "Owner" or "The Owner") or work by other authors by which material is being used with consent. By default it may only be distributed by the author on minecraftforums.net, or other site The Owner personally posts it on.

The Owner wishes to retain the integrity and style of his work and permission will not be granted for any other sites to have versions of this More Stuff Mod on any other site, if you find any with this modification without me posting it, please tell me and I will report the stolen property, as this license makes it that it is now officially protected.

URL shorteners or other attempts to make money off the Owner's modification (selling, selling modified versions, adfly, sharecash, etc.) are strictly forbidden. Where necessary the Owner may claim damages or take appropriate action to rectify the situation (actions include suing, banned internet use, and or a court claim.

Direct linking to my downloads (ie. linking directly to my MediaFire download) is strictly forbidden. The Author considers this to be piracy, as it bypasses my thread and makes my visitor count innacurate. The Owner counts visitors as more important than download figures. Direct linking also causes the Owner and users problems when old versions of my pack are used and the most up to date information, always available at The More Stuff Mod thread on the Minecraft Forums (and Planet Minecraft), goes unnoticed.

If you wish to use the modification for an adventure map you are creating, you must direct users to download the modification from my thread, it is forbidden to direct link or redistribute the texture pack by having your own filesharing download link.
