Title says it all. I cap framerate to my refresh rate (75Hz) and still get tearing. I've also tried capping it at 70. Freesync works in every other game for me, Minecraft is the exception. I notice that when I exit fullscreen, I get less tearing, but still some tearing occurs and it still doesn't feel smooth. I currently play with v-sync turned on, but it murders my framerate in some scenarios; fps goes from 35 v-sync on to 90 v-sync off (with shaders on both to make it more demanding) for example. Also, shaders off I get stuttering with v-sync still. I find the best solution is to run v-sync off with unlimited fps. I average 220 with my settings, and I tried capping it to 75 and I get way more tearing and the input isn't as responsive. Higher fps gives me less tearing.

Do you guys play with v-sync on or off, also does anyone know how to get freesync working?
