Although breaking off, much of their government is broken and corrupt, and comes in play, when in 1204, the Dark Empire will invade and succeed with the state takeover. the labour camps and penal factories will be dismantled, although if Intermarium gains more pressure on taking the region in 1205 peace talks, and takes it, the Labour Camps will be not taken down, adding to their harsh quotas. The city will eventually be integrated into Intermarium, and in either 1266 or 1274, the labour camps will be taken down for human rights reasons. If the Dark Empire takes the state, nothing more interesting will happen there.
