The Global Union Emerges in about the beginning of the 13th century, after Cold War tensions rise to a very high extent, which will trigger Intermarium to unite with Mandigo (if around then) and the Red Nether, and will compete in an arms race, ending either if the Dark Empire Collapse event happens in 1414 in which the Dark Empire, due to its military instability and mass famine, leads to a civil war and the collapse of the Empire. This will lead to the Union to declare war on Socialist Tadhgenham, and invading, as well as them being able to annex much of the collapsed Dark Empire, which will unite Atlantica and the Nether, unless Socialist Tadhgenham develops nuclear bombs by 1476, ending in a nuclear war. Or the arms race between the two will end by a Nuclear War.
