I updated my server to the new update 1.3 and in my lets plays I've noticed some wierd things

- Whenever my friends are typing they go back and forth and back and forth

- Whenever I go into my bed I see me falling through the world

I think it has something to do with minecraft supposed to be faster. I just hope that the 1.4 update has less laggy servers.
