What are some things you'd like the reader to know about you before we begin?
I'm a self-proclaimed skinner, artist, gamer & memer. I'm also a lover of all things galaxy, space, and music-related. I can be very obsessive and passionate, about many different things, while having different interests as well. Haha.

How did you find PMC and why did you join?
It's actually a funny story. I've known about PMC since I was much younger, a lot longer than I've been here. Though, I never thought to check it out, until a few years ago. I had asked for MC as an early Christmas present, after seeing a name I wanted to claim on NameMC, that I thought would be nice to have for my first ever MC account.
After I got the name, I was looking around on Google for a good galaxy skin, but none of the ones I found were really what I was looking for exactly. So, I went on Skindex and decided to make my own, while still using others I found as inspiration for the design.
Somehow, during my search for a skin, I found a reddit post on r/Minecraft with a funny looking screenshot of a skin on a 3D preview from PMC w/a link to it. Curious, I clicked on the link to get a better look at it, and thought to myself: “This looks really cool. While I'm already here, maybe I should make an account.”

What sort of PMC-er do you consider yourself?
I consider myself someone who enjoys being creative and trying new things. I like being funny and interacting/having fun with other members, but I can be serious when I need to be. In terms of PMC, I would consider myself a skinner and a wall-poster.

What is your opinion on the PMC community?
I think it's a great place to be and explore what it has to offer. It's full of all sorts of members, whom are similar yet different in many ways, but come together through shared interests and/or even just the chance to talk/interact with each other. There's so many possibilities and opportunities, which help make PMC the way it is, and allow its members to grow along with it.

What is one of your favourite things about PMC?
One of my favorite things about PMC is how welcoming everyone tends to be, especially towards newer members. They are so supportive and willing to give them a chance. It's a wonderful thing to see, and it makes PMC appear more inviting, which is a great thing. :)

What advice would you give to a new PMC-er?
My advice would be to try your best, but know your limits. Do what you can, and don't push yourself too hard, if things don't work out as planned. Take care of yourself, take breaks if you need to, and let yourself do whatever is necessary to feel better.

Any advice for someone getting into skin-making?
When it comes to making skins, there's not really a correct way to make one. Don't feel forced to use a certain style or make something “trendy/popular.” Do make what you like, but try to stay clear from using the noise tool if possible, as it can make a skin look messy, and take away from the fun of making a skin.
Be open to the possibility of experimenting and trying something new. If you need help, there's many types of tutorials on PMC, from hair shading to learning color theory & light-sourcing. Also, don't be afraid to ask for feedback on a skin or any other type of content, if you need it.

You joined PMC in 2020. What kept you here?
I'd say the ability to make content I enjoy and the friends I've made along the way in the community. The site layout and features it has are an added bonus. (Thank you Cyprezz & Paril!)

What inspired you to create your alt account SunAlectrona and make her evil?
Originally, I made her as an alt account, so I could post content related to The Sun. Heh. The inspiration for her becoming evil was chickenpants93 making his roostershorts39 account. It seemed like a lot of fun, and I hadn't used my alt in a while, so I thought I'd join in and change it.

How do you make your song-inspired skins?
I usually go on SoundCloud and shuffle through all the songs I've liked, till I find one I feel like listening to in that moment. Then, I try to let myself be inspired and create something reflective of how the song makes me feel and/or what it makes me visualize.
Once I've finished the skin and uploaded it as a draft, I use the title of the song as the skin title, and link the original video for the song in the description. Pretty much the same process when I make a reshade contest entry, but instead of shuffling songs, I scroll through them looking for song(s), that I think fit the design of said reshade contest design(s).

Correct answer to the trolley problem?
I would stop the trolley by breaking the lever and lodging it underneath the wheels, causing it to screech and eventually make a complete stop. Once it's no longer moving, untie the one person, then have them help me untie the other five people.

What inspired your persona? (If you have one?)
Galaxies, the moon, my love for hoodies and sweatpants. :]

Why is your username?
About a year ago, I was contacted by the owner of my old name in pms, and they wanted it back. So, I changed my name to the name I made up for my persona, and allowed them to have the other name. My username consists of the words ”Moon” and “Astraea”, the first being from my old name “Mooniium”/what I go by, and the second from the greek goddess “Astraea" meaning “star maiden.”

What are some hobbies you enjoy?
I tend to enjoy reading, drawing, listening to music, and playing video games.

What are some things you are planning to/would like to do in the future?
I plan to keep improving my skinning/shading style and my art style too, so I'm a lot happier with them, and feel more satisfied.

What is your favourite (or some of your favourite) colour combinations?
My favorite color combination is blue-purple, but I also really like blue-purple-pink, black-purple, black-white, blue-white, pink-white, black-purple-white, blue-pink-white, black-blue-pink, and black-blue-pink-purple-white. Some others are turquoise-violet/purple, turquoise-pink, turquoise-violet/purple-pink, turquoise-pink-white, turquoise-violet/purple-pink-white.

Favourite book/movie/game/series/fandom/franchise?
My favorite book of all time is “The Westing Game” by Ellen Raskin. My favorite book series, however, is ”Warriors” by Erin Hunter.
My favorite Movie is ”Moana”, but a close second is ”A Dog's Purpose ”, followed by “Frozen/Frozen II”, etc.
My favorite game is probably “Minecraft”, though, I also like others such as “Mario Kart 8 Deluxe”, ”Animal Crossing New Leaf/Horizon”, “Among Us”, ”Pikmin 3 Deluxe”, ”Star Wars: The Battlefront II”, “Call of Duty: Black Ops III," ”LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga”, and ”Plants Vs Zombies.” I have too many favorites games to list, haha.
My favorite series is “A Series of Unfortunate Events”, with “The Super Mario Bros Super Show/Mario Bros 3/Super Mario World”, “Tangled: The Series”, “Miraculous”, and “The Garfield Show", being other favorites of mine. My favorite fandom(s)/franchise(s) would be Mario, Among Us, Minecraft, Star Wars, FNaF, Undertale, and LEGO. I'm sure there's more, but these are the ones that come to mind.

Does pineapple belong on pizza?
In my honest opinion, no, but I will not hate you if you enjoy it.

Do you prefer cats or dogs?
I prefer cats (they're my favorite type of animal), though, over time I've come to really like dogs too.

What is something you want to tell about yourself that you probably wouldn't get to in a normal conversation?
I'm a big fan of Alan Walker, but I also really like Marshmello, etc. They're both pretty awesome & talented people in my book, although, I do prefer the former's style over the latter's style. Another thing is that I really love EDM/Dance Music in general, but not only that, I also enjoy various forms of Rock such as Alt/Emo Rock, and a little bit of other genres like Indie/Hip-Hop Rap/Pop/Folk/Metal/etc.

A caring, kind, loyal, empathetic and introverted person, who wants the best for her friends and everyone she meets.
