As of right now, the redstone update snapshots include droppers, nether quartz(new nether ore), hoppers. trap chests, dispensers shoot TNT, redstone blocks, TNT in a minecart, ect.

Post here what you hope to be added in the redstone update. Every once in a while I'll be posting what I want, as well.

Here's what I want for the redstone update as of now :

- Redstone Netherrack ( when powered by redstone, is lit on fire )

- Timers ( can be set to a time, like 2 min., and once 2 min. goes by, the redstone turns on, and then at the time it is set to turn off, it turns off )

- Turrets ( like dispensers, but they can shoot in all directions, and can be set on what to shoot and not to shoot, perfect for multiplayer servers )

- Gunpowder Wiring ( when you light the gunpowder, the fire follows the trail of the gunpowder, and as you know, fire sets off TNT :D )

- New Enchantments

- Compressor ( takes a long process, but it turns coal into diamonds, but it is powered by redstone dust )

- Steel tools and armor

- Magnetic chest ( created like a normal chest, but is made of iron, and the center space has nether quartz there )

- Command Block in creative mode inventory

- Ghast Turret ( like a regular turret, but shoots ghast fireballs )

- Miner's Helmet ( when you wear it, it creates light )

- Lantern ( Like the miner's helmet, but you must hold this in your hand )

- Cushion ( created with 5 wool and 4 feathers, when you fall on it, less fall damage is taken )

- Redstone in a Minecart ( this minecart has a redstone block in it, so its basically just a redstone signal that can be pushed in a minecart )

- Quartz Dust ( created by throwing nether quartz into a compressor, quartz dust is basically bone meal that works for all plants, nether wart included, and can be dispened out of a dispenser to grow plants automatically )

- Death Pearl ( created with an ender pearl in the middle, 4 nether quartz around it, and in the remaining corners, lapis lazuli blocks, this pearl teleports you to wherver you last died )

- Home Pearl ( created by surrounding a death pearl with redstone dust, this pearl teleports you to wherever your spawn is OR wherever your home bed is )
