Why would there be a happy little snow golem
Which sports a pumpkin hat
Illustrating a dark and scary poem?
You must be wondering that, right?
Well, probably not
Because the name of the poem is happy
With a happy little snow golem to match
And why would someone pick a happy little snow golem
To go on a murderous poem?

Well, it's a metaphor
For the deceitful world
Of killers and stalkers
That pretend to be good
Like me

Just look outside your door
I'm hiding in the dark
Don't try to look
You won't find me
Turn on a light
You'll see me for sure
On the floor in front of you
But you won't see me as something scary
I'm just your shadow, after all

Then you'll hear a noise
And you'll walk into the bathroom
Maybe you left the faucet running
You'll look and you'll see me
But still not flinch
I'm just your reflection in the mirror, right?
