Although I'm not exactly a fan of the My Little Pony series, I know there are plenty of people who are.

I went on ahead and tested out the Mine Little Pony mod and began playing around with some of the skins. Although it is a bit of a strange process, I believe I figured out how to make a skin that is friendly for both the mod and for walking around normally.

So if you spot a skin labeled with [Pony], that means it's compatible with the mod as well as for everyday use.
