MIGHT BE TURNED INTO A ROLEPLAY IF POPULAR ENOUGH


"Another failed mutation?"
"Yep. You know what has to be done, right?"
The first worker pulls the lever, and the failed mutation disappears into the darkness.




      
     "Uhhhh..." I open my eyes and look around at the snowy tundra. Instantly my wolf instincts kick in and I try to get up.
      "Woah there, Amy! Your leg!"
       I slip and fall. "OWW! Where am I, why am I here, and who are YOU?"
      "Hang on there! One at a time. You were a failed mutation at the Alpha Laboratories, and this is the Woods. I am Snowy, the leader of the Alpha Pack.
       "Umm, what mutation? Am I supposed to be here?" I bomb Snowy with questions.
       "I said hang on there! Hey, anyway, just take a nap. You'll be better when you wake up."

       "Amy, you awake?" Snowy peers above me.
        *yawns* "Uh, yeah. Oh right, I remembered." I tried to get up, but fall back on the bed.
         "Hmm, now will be the time to explain. So this will be complicated. Okay, here we go. There are two competiting labs, Alpha and Omega. Both of them tried to merge humans with wolves to make more sophisicated dogs. But most became humans with wolf instincts, so they dropped both the Alpha and Omega mutations in here. Think we are dangerous, radioactive beasts but we're actually not. We're working forever to escape, but there are Workers and Guards watching the Woods everywhere, and some might be listening now. So you got me, Amy?"
       "How did you know my name?" I asked.
       "Look in your pocket," Snowy replied
        There was a piece of paper that said this:
Name: Amy
Nickname: Pineapple
Alpha or Omega: Alpha
Failed Mutation
        "What type of wolf name is Pineapple???"
         Suddenly the door swung open.
          "Huh, another newbie? Your tribe is FULL of newbies. I feel SO bad for you!" (sarcastically)
           "What do you want, Glacier?" Snowy interrupted.
           "Tribe competition's tonight. How can you win with so many newbies? Looks like it's the 7th win in a row for the Omega Tribe!"
           The door slams closed.
            "Oh no", I say.
                                                               Dun dun dun!
