Isn't it annoying when you first enter the chat lobby and your friends that are online aren't there? I think there should be an invitation message that when sent, it shows up as a new notification and basically says something like this
Example : PMCUSER Is inviting you to a public chat! Click accept to join ACCEPT DECLINE so that's one idea, and another one was that you could have private chats like a steam chat, but it would have the same invite as the above one,
