chapter 1

i sit upon my bed. boom. the lightning flashed and the thunder crashed. drops of rain fell. grabbing my armour and tools, along with a few provisions, i leave my "house". i slowly trudge down the fractured staircase. its worse than i think. the most part of the island has been destroyed. i swim down the waterfall and make my way to the docks. there are no boats. nothing. and i have to survive. 

i make my way up the vines. come on i think ive got to get up this building. otherwse i could die sooner. i make it up and then asses the situation. thats when i ee them, people. other survivors. "HEY" i yell, making them look up. "over here help." thats when one looks up and fires a arrow, but unlike other arrows its much shorter. poison. i think. then i black out.

im in a bed in a broken room. swinging upright i notice my axe has been replaced and my apples have multiplied. "hello" i call. "hello" answeres someone coming in. "welcome home" they say. "get some stone and a glass block today and ill let you stay."
says the person. "you were rescued by PAST. lucky you."

learning about PAST and a bed each night are the payment i get from this person. PAST, is the Post Apocalypse Survailence Team. they try to rescue and rehome people. mostly they want us to rebuild.i have to get the items or blocks for each days task. im on team 15. 

i wake up. its looking more like home. im told ill be choping the trees in our apartment and grb my axe. thats when i stumble across his room. identicl to mine. except the diary entrys. although i shouldnt of i picked it up and read it


chapter 2

"wake up" i look up hes shaking me awake "whaa-" i say "we have to move on now. theyre coming" "who" "creepers. no cat can stay here." grabbing the chest in which i have a few possesions i run for the door.  "stairways blocked" i yell. "the window, quick jump." "WAIT" we both turn "did theat creeper just say that?" i ask staring at the lead creeper. "yes. i did. we dont mean you harm and will even help you mend this. after all creepolitis has been destroyed by our common enemy" "zombies?" he says "they destroyed minecraftia"

having creepers help is handy, they get jobs done faste and can clear the forest in a couple of explosions. thay also survive lightning storms. becoming charged untill they explode. although we hardly see them, they come back after weve gone to bed and leave in the early morning. but there is one, a red and black one, who i really like. hes a creeper i think we cant be together.

its midnight, the lightning storms have started again, and have woken me up. thats when he aproaches me "hello" i say "hi" he whisperes. "im _max1_ but everyone calls me max" "oh hey max" i say, sitting up and patting the spare block of the bed, he sits down on it "im selene011, but everyone calls me selene."

we both laugh, im surprised anyone remembers how to laugh, its been at least a month since our apocalypse, so i guess this must be funny to us. he gives me his axe. its made of a blue material, and shines. "give it back" he says a warning tone in his voice, "without it id be stuck."

we laugh again, i dont quite understand untill he says "fire aspect axe. sets trees on fire. but the lighning puts it out." again that laugh. i give it back to him. "its heavy, and looks like diamonds, but we had all of ours destroyed," 

he nods. "i know. see you tommorow, same time, my place." and with that max leaves
