It was a boring day and wanted to find a unique mod for Minecraft. Unfortunately that is where my permanent mistake comes in.

After 5 minutes, I was almost about to go on the train to dreamland when I saw this:

Be One of Us

This interested me for some reason and I clicked on it.

The description says

"NOTE: ONCE YOU USE THIS MOD, YOU CAN'T GO BACK"

I wondered what this meant. I looked in the comments and all there were was like this "YAY!! You helped me make my impossible wish come true!! I"M HAVING FUN NOW WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE"

This is a little weird, but not enough to keep me out of this.

The author was "ã ªã ã ªã ã £ã 渡ã ". I looked it up at Google Translate and it means "cross-reality".

I downloaded this and installed this with Forge in 1.6.2.

I made a new world and what I saw was someone out in a distance. I approched him and sure enough, he was a player-entity. He had a teen skin with headphones, a red hoodie, and gray pants. He stared at me and said "Ready for your dream?" I was confused at this, but then I thought it must be something most people would've wanted in Minecraft, like diamonds, so I said "Yes" in the chat box.

Then we got tp'd to what seems like before time. Everything was black, not a thing, not a particle of light. I can only see my HUD, myself, and the player-enitity. What we were standing on, was nothing, just black. In fact, it looked EXACTLY like a black screen with only us and my HUD.

We walked for what seems like an hour until we found a portal, which is HUGE, like 78x78 or bigger. The frame was made out of dirt and the gateway, it had the brown transparent swirling with it looked like Minecraft landscape and my house there except with the SEUS Shaders Mod.

I don't know what the heck is this, he said "Just take as much time to decide, beyond this portal is what you ever dreamed of endlessly ever since you ever began playing. But once you enter this land, there are no second thoughts. You cannot back out once you accept.

"Do you, or do you not accept of being one of us?"

I said "Yes" but only because I thought this was a dimension mod with a sort of an intro to it. There is going back, you just have to remove the mod. But that was not the case at ALL. This is not what anyone would expect AT ALL.

I crossed the portal, next I see a loading screen saying "Teleporting to your new home". But then I had a weird feeling that keeps increasing when the loading bar goes furthur. Halfway, I feel like I'm a spirit escaping my own body, ready to go to heaven.

Once the bar was full, it then says "Good-bye Universe, Hello Minecraftia" By this point, I get creeped out... And then I get myself sucked INTO the computer, crossing the screen.

Then I fall face down onto some grass, still feeling weird, like I just had surgery and now have a new body. When I raised my head to see in front of me, I can see that...

I am stuck IN the game.

I see blocks and my house, and that entity again, this time, he had full body movements and he had moving eyes, eyebrow, and a mouth. And I can hear him talk with what sounds like a 13-year-old voice. He's still blocky like all other players.

He then asks if he can give me a hand. Why would I say no? I'm not the rude sort of guy.

Then I reached my hand out to grab his, but then I became horrified by looking at my hand.

It seems like my BODY is blocky as well. I had no fingers, yet I can still grab, which was proven by grabbing his hand to get up. I talked to him frantically and in panic, "W...w...why...you..you can't do...this...you...why...why...WHY...school...my friends...my family...my parents...my beautiful round planet...please..."

"But you told me you want to LIVE in Minecraftia, don't you?" said the player.

"NO, I thought this was a normal dimension mod! I didn't...didn't..did...did...d..di...THINK THIS!!!! I WANT TO BE BACK HOME!!!" I yelled.

He said "But you can't go back home, there is no way, it's a one-way trip!"

I then sat in shock, rectangular eyes wide open.

I sat there for 3 minutes then I snapped out of it and said "Well, I guess I'll have to have this new life. Now that I think of it, since we respawn and there is pretty much like not dying permanently, and that the game is unlimited, I think I might enjoy this. But I don't know much about LIVING in Minecraftia. Teach me, or I'll be considered as a 'n00b'."

He agreed willingly, as I take him as a nice guy.

He said he was the author that posted the mod. I call him Mhoss. Notch in Minecraftia wanted to try and see if players from the other world would like THIS and picked him to get players in and he picked ME.

I gotta say, we became friends as a team in every map, minigame, etc.

Everything was like Slamacow's point of view of the Minecraft, except we talk and the population of cities are of players, not these squidward villagers. There are even famous YouTubers in Minecraftia like Sky and CaptainSparkelz. Oh and there is even Tobuscus.

There are video games and computers, except they are all blocks but have the same gameplay.

There is also Curse and PMC and MC Forums and PMC. That's how I posted this to you.

Well after late 2012, I gotten completely used to Minecraftia and have not made any thoughts about going back.

All this is actually very pleasant and in fact I love being

ONE OF THEM.
