I don't really know if there is a mod with Biome creepers but it would be nice for creeper lovers to see one. It would really be a challenge to tackle those beasts down. Even now creepers are still kinda hard to take down and can kill you if there are too many round you.
Imagine if there were biome creepers, you go into the jungle and there they are camouflaged in the surroundings with the trees and leaves or even in the nether, they look like the netherack which makes it really hard for the player to see if there are any mobs about. You could have a creeper for every major block! By major block I mean the blocks that most of the terrain is built with so that would be grass, dirt, stone, netherack, sand, water, lava and maybe cobblestone.
