rating from 5 * ti'll 1 * means faction importance, so for example if ur a 3 * knight master, lower * classes must obey you, every1 with a 2 * level or higher may adopt a recruit as recruit for his class, this person must train the recruit so this recruit can become his class or possibly even higher.
