A long, long time ago in a sunny, quiet galaxy...

After leaving the quiet planet Paxia, a group of aliens fly toward a distant speck. The speck gradually resolves into a feathery, space church.

Civil war strikes the galaxy, which is ruled by Erik Sture, a creepy gremlin capable of burglary and even violence.

Terrified, a scheming gnome known as Matthew Parkes flees the Empire, with his protector, Luke Barker.

They head for Chichiltik on the planet Jagdas. When they finally arrive, a fight breaks out. Barker uses his sunny slingBlade to defend Matthew.

Barker and Gnome Matthew decide it's time to leave Jagdas and steal a Dreadnought to shoot their way out.

They encounter a tribe of soldiers. Barker is attacked and the gnome is captured by the soldiers and taken back to Chichiltik.

Barker must fight to save Gnome Matthew but when he accidentally unearths a passionate hyperlaser, the entire future of the sunny, quiet galaxy is at stake.
