Cant change skin [Help!!!]

Hey guys im trying to change my minecraft skin but it wont change it says it changed but it dident it still stays the same old skin, can u guys plz help me out with this cause this is getting really annoying just leave a comment to help

It's happening to me to! Someone on my server said it was a bug in 1.3.2
I realeased a skin today please check it out!

Try relogging from minecraft if that doesn't work try reopening minecraft.
