Hello fellow Minecraftians!
I am here today to talk a little bit about constructive criticism and why we need more of it! :D
For starters, regular criticism is the practice of judging other people's work by pointing out faults, mostly in a negative manner.
Examples of regular criticism: "your server blows!", "this house is ugly", "My grandma can do better than that".
These messages are clearly meant to hurt the recipient, but if you simply want to state your opinion and not instill hard feelings, i'd suggest constructive criticism.
That means adding a solution to your statement, for example: "your house is ugly, but if you add a couple of supportive pillars over here it would look just fine". Sure it's a little bit more typing, but it usually means that the recipient takes no hard feelings and you gain some extra respect! (note: best way to gain admin/moderator rights is through respect! xD)
I hope this helped and if you have any comments about my post be sure to put them down below! :)

Another thing to keep in mind is that many young players are inconsiderate only because they don't know better, so sometimes it's better to simply ignore such criticism :P
