Steve's Diary

6 - 28 - xx

It had already been years since my Classic days. The world had developed frequently in a rapid pace. I've already lost track of what the current year is; hopefully Markus could remind me. I do miss that fellow. He did say he'll be back with his brother soon. Markus' explorations had opened a new path for the three of us; he found biomes; he ventured through the Nether; etcetera. He even found chickens! That mad man. Now his brother, well. He's a ruckus. He frequently tries to assist us in our adventures, but it just ends up with him in danger. Okay, maybe all of us in danger. But he's a great guy, and so is Markus. Surely they'll make it back.

The fog had drifted; it had surrounded the forest. Being alone in a foggy dense of trees and bush sure is creepy. The Mobile Entities, or Mobs as Markus would refer to, were multiplying fast. If I want to survive and continue to protect our base, I'll need some armor. The location wasn't that far, it was a decent meters away. The area had a spawn of cows all cuddled in a group. Hopefully I can breed the livestock; I could possibly bring them back to the base as well.

8 - 13 - xx

I began my adventure into the forest; if we'd would consider it as one. The number of trees were minimal and they were far from each other. Out of the topic, I found a lonesome cow in the distant fog. When there's one, there's more. I approached the Mob, to which it fled. I pursued the creature, hoping to grab some hide for armor. It wasn't a cow however. What stared back at me was a regular Player like me, but his eyes were shining bright; it lacked pupils. A survivor, I thought. I approached the fellow Player, but he ran off. I quickly dashed for him. But he had disappeared into the fog. I gave up on the search; I had found the group of cows however. With the available livestock, I can create a farm. The cows could breed and be shaven from their hide. Markus and his brother would be proud.

Either my reality's altering or I'm just hallucinating. Things within the area had newly generated; 2 by 2 tunnels, stretching endlessly, pyramids, perfectly created and resting in shallow water, trees, bare from their leaves, etcetera. During my random expedition, I'd frequently encounter the man within the fog. The fog had somehow subsided, I could take a closer look at the Player. But he vanished. The occasional sightings of the being continued for days.

12 - 20 - 10

The world had given me new things to explore. I've recently found a village, the dwellers were sentient. But their interaction was limited to their own mind. I'd frequently trade with them as hunger had already affected me greatly. I returned home. Along the way, rain had poured; I had met a new friend, a wolf; accumulated redstone; etcetera. In my new stone base, I managed to craft a bed. The wonders it held, seemingly skipping the night cycle. I've managed to teach myself new combat mechanics; blocking; bow charging; all the good stuff. I can't wait to tell Markus and his brother of my experiences.

xx - xx - 210

The land was showered with heavy rain; clouds of grey threatened the area. The mobs didn't seem to mind however. I was dry in my base. This Book Log of mine will soon expire, as its pages are only limited. I heard a knock on the door. Who else would it be? I approached and opened. I was expecting Markus, but alas it wasn't him. The pupil less man had returned. He stood there, eyes gazing at me. I remained calm. But he suddenly

A Normal Day

It was a tremendous experience for - - - around the server. Users hopped about, PvP'ers dueled hand to hand, bundles of text grew in the chat. It was quite a wonderful day for some Mini Games. Thus, - - - participated in one.

The famous, Sky Wars, well recognized by the community. - - - had spawned within the lobby with a few others. The interior was decent; it was simple yet appealing. Out as they exited, the clustered blocks of wood had changed into an open sky of blue, with foliage and nature dominating the surrounding area. There wore more players than the usual days. - - - need not to read the rules, nor the other applications; they had already gone through all of them. Approaching the void hole, - - - hopped in.

By now, glass blocks had concealed them mid air, along with other players. The cells were stretched in a perfect circle, with floating islands lying below. The main attraction was the humungous mound of dirt and grass layering, floating between the minute islands. It was the main area where everyone would battle against. The timer had ended, forcing everyone to fall into their respective islands. As with the rest of the Players, - - - quickly gathered the equipment provided in the available chests. Armor, a sword, some blocks and a potion; this potion was paranormal however. It labeled gibberish letters and numbers on it, as if it was some bits of code had glitches out.

- - - 's distraction had halted as an arrow swiftly flung towards them, hitting them on the shoulder. The collision had knocked them from their feet, tumbling before falling into the Void. What a bad start. Once they'll return to the lobby, they'll do a rematch. However, their expectations were far from the same. Instead of returning to said lobby, - - - continued to descend into the Void. The once shining world, had altered into emptiness. Their fall continued. In the distance, a shine formed. It looked like eyes. Did someone fall as well? By now, - - - should have taken damage, gladly they hadn't. The eyeballs approached them, as if it walked effortlessly with each approach. Their vision had already distorted; it grew worse as the shines neared. By now, a oddly figure had appeared. A default skin, eyes of white staring at them. The being suddenly

Night Shack

The howling ambience filled your ears; it mostly composed of static. The sound continued to play as you exited your mineshaft, passing the entrance effortlessly. Moonlight exchanged darkness. The reflective light hadn't calmed you from fright however.

You continued to run and run, panting along the way; a howl caught up. Fast paced steps slowed down. A broken old shack, belonging to you, drew near. Slowing down, you approached the door. Items sprung to life through shuffling as you searched your inventory. A key was your choice; you then fondled with, frantically opening the door lock.

You hurriedly entered the open door; any attempts of locking it was a failure. Disorientated static continued to flood the area. Once again searching through your inventory, you grabbed your book and flipped some pages. A specific page had drawn your attention. Quickly, you reconfigured the lock. It was finished.

After, a silhouette appeared near the window, followed by glowing eyes. The entity vanished as the door broke down. You quickly ran the opposite direction; you were cornered by a wall. The ambient grew louder as the silhouette neared you. It had overfilled your ears. And then silence. It was followed with the being suddenly

His Vision

I have existed for years, roaming the age of development , shaping the land to my own will and very own desires, with lack of interference.

When the game born, a wasteland of grass, I was there.

When the terrain stretched, I was there.

When the structures of sand and stone formed, I was there.

When the departure of our beloved creator, had long begun, I was there as well.

Now, I stay.

And when the code corrupts, and the game dies

I will be there.

Not entirely a fan of the idea that the writer of the book could have died but there's still writing on the book and what-not in the first thing.

The writing structure is pretty swell and all though.
