Survival Day 2~

Andrew and Myself awoke this morning. It was raining and we were both very very uncomfortable. We had slept on the hard floor of a barn in the middle of nowhere. The fire we had started last night was out. We knew we had to start moving soon, or else someone would find us. We left the barn and began heading East towards Elektrozavodsk; another major city of Chernaurus. We had a choice of traveling along the treeline, or along the coast. We chose the treeline. It provided cover if we needed it, Which we probably would. We got closer to Elektro and began hearing more gunshots. I pulled out my MP5 and Andrew pulled out his Lee Enfield, We reloaded and were ready for anything. But, What came to us next, was very...VERY unexpected. We started to hear some zombies/infected come up behind us. We ran to the nearest building and began shooting them. Once they were all dead, we continued along the treeline. There was one more zombie behind us. We turned around and it started attacking Andrew. He fell to the ground and I wasn't able to help him, I only had one magazine for my MP5. We both thought he was dead. And then, Out of nowhere, I heard a gunshot; and the zombie fell and died. I looked around and saw a figure in a tower. I put my gun away to show I was a friend and started to pray that he would not shoot me. He began to signal for us to come to him. So we did. We approached the fire house where the man was hold up, we had to climb over some barbed wire. It looked like this guy was stocked up on items. Andrew walked to the corner of the room to grab some food since we were starting to run out. The mysterious man came out of the tower and introduced himself "Hey there folks! My names James. I saw you guys walkin' against the tree line and noticed there was a zed behind ya! I thought I would help ya out since I'm a nice guy. Heh." He sounded British from the way he was saying 'zombies'. 'Zeds'. Hmm... He told us we could gather any items we needed, I grabbed a few Lee Enfield and MP5 mags and Andrew grabbed food and water. And then, I saw something out of the corner of my eye. It was another sniper. I saw him pop his head up and I instantly hit the ground. As I did, I heard a shot go over my head. Then, James started yelling "CEASE FIRE!! CEASE FIRE!!." Apparently the other sniper was with him. He had mistaken us for robbers. The other man came up to us and apologized. "Sorry mate, I saw ya takin' our stuff and thought you were robbin' us! I heard those gunshots from about 2 kliks away. I thought you shot my buddy here. Anyway, My names Phillip, What's yours?" We told him our names and story and he agreed we could stay with them for as long as we needed. A few hours later, Andrew and myself sit in the corner of the fire house, in the tents James and Phillip had so nicely given us. I look across the room and see Phillip laying down. I walked over to him and he appeared to be sleeping. I searched his backpack. He had an M24, Silenced pistol, ammo and a ghille suit. I took the pistol very very carefully. Fearing he would wake. And then, I asked Andrew to go see if James was still awake. He was at the very top of the tower searching the town. Andrew returned. I told him we were going to kill Phillip and James, Take their things, and leave. He was very hesitant about this. But he agreed. I put the pistol to Phillips head and pulled the trigger. I grabbed his M24 and ammo. Then I walked up the stairs to James. He was still looking out the window. I did the same to him as I did to Phillip. However, James had an AS50 Sniper Rifle! I put the M24 next to him and took it. I chose to give Andrew the M24. He said to me "Why did we have to kill them?! They were helping us!" I replied with "It's survival of the fittest out here! You can't trust anyone." He took the M24 and we began to head North towards Pusta; A small town outside of Elektro. We sit here in a building in Pusta in our tents. I don't know why.. But I have a feeling Andrew is going to kill me. But... I just have to trust him for now. I will continue to write in the coming days. Again.. If I can survive.

Final addition, I believe that killing other survivors is having an affect on me. Almost as if... my humanity is slipping. I've heard that killing other survivors turns you.... into a bandit.
