to delete meta inf go to your .minecraft folder if you already know how to skip these steps: 1 and 2
1. go to your start button type in %appdata%
2. press enter then .minecraft
3. now open your minecraft.jar with winrar
4. now if the meta-inf is there delete it
5. if it is not exit out and it should be in front of your face
