I was inspired by HappyBandaid to draw something awesome like this. I'm still a beginner in this digital art stuff but i'm getting better one step at a time. I made the eyes look like their like a little bit glowing by using 2 layers, first was the white part of the eye (the center) and the 2nd layer was the surrounding glow but in order to do it i had to put the first layer on top of the other. The glow was made by a air brush.
