Today I woke up... on top of a tree. I got up and I looked around this new place, It was all blocks... No signs of civilazation except for a bit of light off in the distance. I realized that I was still on a tree and started to make my way down the soft leaves, suprisingly they held my weight. I had just started making my way in the directiion of the red light when the sun started to go down. I figured that I might as well set up camp here. I scraped some bark off of a tree and fashioned myself a knife to work with. I started a fire and was about to fall asleep when I heard a moaning near me. I turned around and saw that there was a green bleeding creature 5 yards in front of me. I realiized that it was coming towards me and I sliced it with my knife. It took a couple of swipes but I finnaly killed the monster. I hastely clibed a tree and slept only after making sure that there was nothing else around me.

Today I found out that it was the 20th century but I still dont know what year it is. I got out of the tree and made my self a proper sword to fight off zombies and whatever else might be lurking in the night. I think that they only come out of there caves at night and the get burned in the sun. I think I also spoted a skeleton and maybe a spider off in the distance before I went to sleep last night, I am going to make my way towards the red light and I will write more of what I see when its night.

Tonight I used my boyscout training to figure out what day it is by studying the moon cycle. Apparently it is the 21st. Tonight I confirmed that there are spiders and skeletons. The skeletons are going to be more of a threat as they can shoot arrows with the bow that they carry, The spiders are giant and thay can leap high. I will take cover behind a sheet of wool that I collected from a herd of sheep I came across this afternoon. I doubt I will be able to sleep with all of the zombie moans and the sound of the spiders crawling below me.

I just got down from the tree and I see some skeletons and zombies burning. I figure I might aswell go finish them off. I see a spider near them though but I think if I stay aware that I may be able to fight it off if it attacks me.

I killed the skeleton and the zombie and suprisingly the spider did not attack me! I am starting to think that during the day the spiders dont care what I do unless I attack them. I got some bones from the skeletons and some rotten meat from the zombie. I will make the bones into a stronger knife and somekind of a pickaxe to mine stone iron and some other precious materials. I will need some wood for the handle though, I will take a break from going to the red light to prepare myself better for nights and this world all together. I figure that if I travel all day tomorow I will make it to the light before the sun sets.

I made myself a stronger knife out of the bones I scavenged from the skeleton. I also made a pickaxe that I can use to mine. I made some armour from cow hide and I have ALOT of beef, But I still need somthing to cook it with. I suppose I could use some stone to build myself a small furnace and I can use wood for fuel. I will see about doing that tomorow.

I made it to the light!! It is almost night so I think I will camp near the cave entrace that the light is coming from, But not too near. Monsters can still come out of there and try to kill me. Better be safe than sorry!! before the sun goes down compleatly I will gather some more wood so that I can build a small shelter tomorow. For now I will camp in a tree.

I'm almost done with my shelter. It has a door and everything. I also put a workbench, furnace and a chest in there. I stored lots of wood and some stone in the chest and I am cooking some beef right now. I am almost ready to go into the cave. I have my knife, a pickaxe, steak and some wood. I'm going IN!!!

This is a very nice cave! I have already found lots of coal and some iron, I am not very deep right now but its obvious that this cave goes on for miles. I am folowing the red light and its leading me down further underground. I don't know what time it is above ground, But I am guessing it is a little after midday. I feel that I will have to journey far to reach the red light, Maybe a days trip so I will set up a base around the half way point so I have place to rest. I will have to remember that one of my most precious resorces is my wood. I will have to be very carful with what I use it for. I'm going to set up camp here, Goodnight
