Hey PMCers. I think I'm gonna start making blogs on PMC along with the skins I have made and will be making. So my topic that I am facing right now is disrespectful admins (or owners) that kinda get drunk with power and tend to disrespect players.

The server I have been playing on for the passed few months has gotten tense cause one of the highest rank players is not being fun to play with. For example he gets after players after they swear, spam, type in caps, or are being disrespectful to other players or staff. But at the same time he is disrespecting a lot of other players by calling them extremely harsh names, swearing at them, or spamming in cap locks. This irritates me because he feels that there will be no consequences as he is a very high rank. He doesn't see that, if he continues this behavior, it will damage the server and more and more people will stop playing, being on the top list will decrease, and he will be left with only people that probably be disrespectful themselves.

I love playing on servers that have nice and genuine staff members. The last few months on this server the staff have always impressed me on how nice, and what the were able to do on cases of helping someone. I believe the recent extreme point of lots of people playing on their server has pushed him off the edge and caused him to go mad with power.

My suggestion to those that own a server or are planning to own one, don't be a jerk. Be helpful, but strict enough to clear the area of trollers. Don't let power of having a popular server get you to a point where you think you can be a jerk to anyone. The best way to take care of people that are causing a disturbance is being calm, and deal with the situation as it needs to be taken care of. Either it's a /kick or /mute or even a /ban do not make the power turn you into a jerk. Cause that reflects on to normal players. If someone were to look at a reason of a ban and it said something completely inappropriate or rude it just makes that player wanna leave. Or if they wanna stay I am sure they are uncomfortable with what you have done. Being kind and calm will make the server a more enjoyable place to play, and will make you not a hypocrite.
