Factions+Multiverse: How to turn of faction claiming and powerloss for a world
First, unlike most plugins, the folder for your factions configurations is not in your 'plugins' folder. To get to the configuration you go to the root folder of your server and find a floder named 'mstore' . Inside this folder will be additonal folders. The one we want to find is named factions_mconf and the only file in this folder will be the one we want to edit called instance.json.
If you open this file you will see quite a bit of code. What you want to edit is
"worldsNoClaiming": [
"buildworld",
],
"worldsNoPowerLoss": [
"buildworld",
],
"worldsIgnorePvP": [
"flatworld",
],
As you can see, it's very easy to identify the correct lines to edit. Your file may not have any worlds listedand may just have the brackets [ ] So you'll need to add inbetween the brackets the worlds in quotes. Then save and upload the updated file and restart your server.
See the video for a video tutorial.
If there is something I left out please feel free to comment!
