It's not really much to look at, but the pump house plays an important part in Asylum Ubis' fluid storage and distribution network. All the iron tanks hold massive amounts of fluid for the cities consumption. The pump house, via computer and bundled cable, controls the release of fluids to different destinations.



For example the new Bio Fuel Tower needs Bio Mass to produce Bio Fuel. So the tower requests Bio Mass from the pump house and the computer turns on pump for Bio Mass, thus supplying the Bio Fuel Tower. The same is true of bio fuel and the power plant.



The pump house can be turned on and off like all of our automation. When on it responds to individual requests for fluids. Some examples are:

* Quarry needs Fuel
* Bio Fuel Tower needs Bio Mass
* Refinery Needs Oil
* Rail House needs Creosote Oil

and so on.



This does have the effect of making the tank yard a bit more colorful. But that's ok too.
