If someone claims to be having a "Giveaway" report the topic for moderators to look at.
Here is why
Scam-Some giveaways are a scam. People do not want to be scammed. It is also annoying when people work their hardest and not to receive what is advertised.
Privacy- Some may ask for personal information and not really have any "Prize".
Giveaways aren't against the rules but reporting them just so the moderators can confirm from the person/people that they have the "giveaway" prize.
How to Report
Flag- All you have to do is flag it. Forums or not, it is the best way to not start a flame war.
How NOT to Report
Telling them- Don't tell them it is against the rules. Flagging it is all you have to do. Telling them may start a flame war.

So remember flag and leave the rest to the moderators. They will find out if it is a scam or not.
Do not get the wrong idea with this. If someone is making Art or skins or whatever else it isn't a giveaway. It is more for prizes that cost money and go for a while.
