Do you have your password written down? If so, then I suggest closely looking at capital letters, numbers for letters, and anything abnormal. If not, then it may be the sad truth that you've been hacked, though the chance of this is very low.

yes i have and i think your right about the hacking firstly sometimes my skin randomly changes in game and secondly sometimes when i go on a server that i just found out about i am banned or owner or something like that

Well, I'm not sure what to tell you. But if you EVER get access to your account again, immediately change your password so you can no longer be hacked. It's very important to do so, so the hacker no longer knows the password and cannot Troll you any longer.

Yeah, from here you need to play it safe, snozza. Try to delete any added servers that you like playing on so he can't get you banned, and just go to them from a Direct IP. I think until this is safe that's the way to go.

Yes, and make sure nobody watches you when you login to minecraft (a place you don't have remember password in settings), it might be someone you know i real-life who hacked you. Of Couse this is only if you get your password and account back, something I guess all of us want.
