Good of you to come, folks.

If you read my last post about Notch V. The Yogscast, or are just very in sync with Minecraft's events, then you know about Notch banning the duo from Minecon forever and possibly letting it pass. Well, recently the Yogscast discussed their side of the story in this video... Sort of:

The only thing they discussed was Simon getting sick from getting "germs from children" and saying Notch was tired from the Deadmau5 party. In other words, they proved Notch's point further that they "talk behind people's backs" and was telling the Yognauts to let Notch off the hook because he was tired. However, that was only from the video. A link in the description led to a post on Reddit of the two's full response, which is completely different from what Notch was describing.
The Yogs' claimed they "admire and respect" Notch and that "Half Of" Mojang had approved what they had said ahead of time. Including the f-bombs. Did I emphasize the "Half Of" enough? They also claim that the most hurtful Tweet from Notch was of them crossing out another signature and writing "fuck off", as the two would never do that. Opposed to what Notch said, The Yogscast tried to make it as safe for children as possible and would never do such a thing to their loyal fans.
Notch was also going to let IGN record what was going on in The Yogscast's panel, and the two almost cancelled their trip. They did go, however, Hannah had to talk with IGN about taking down their content and letting The Yogscast post it on their channel, BlueXephos. Keep in mind, if Simon and Lewis had control over the footage, they could edit it in any way. The two also talked about their generosity and only asking for support of Notch, not demanding pay. Maybe due to how tired Notch was, he exaggerated the story a bit.
The last paragraph talked about how he loved the community and fans, and would never treat them that way because they got The Yogscast where they are today. Oh, and they also said they made Minecraft the game it is today.

From Notch's Twitter: "And they claim they're the reason minecraft is big and that we should thank them more than anyone else in the community. They're total dicks"

Recently, though, people have been on the Yogscast's side more and have been hating on Notch like hell. Notch has forgiven, and explained, and said The Yogs' were correct, but people are still very pissed.

They've probably gotten use to the tendency of Notch being a total dick and automatically take the other side. /sarcasm Similar to the PotionCraft stealing, people don't do their research, or get their facts straight, and take the other side's word for it. You weren't at Minecon (haven't seen PotionCraft), you don't know who's right, you can't just pick the side who sounds more convincing and assume they're correct. This applies to both the Notch side and the Yogscast side.

As said previously, who knows who is telling the truth. There are two sides of a story, and both sides are in their own defense.
