Sup PMC today I'm gonna tell ya how 2 treat a rar file like a zip file.
First of all you'll need a rar file. You can find rar stuff all over PMC.
Now download it.
Go to start and click "My Documents"
Click "Downloads"
Scroll down until you see the rar file in question.
Right click it and click "open" at the top of the list.
A box will appear with resources you can use to open the file.
Find and double-click .zip.
The folder should open like a zip file.
Ta-Da!

If it doesn't there's always this alternate method: Search 7zip in google and download it. Right click the rar file and hover above 7zip. Click open archive. Hope this helps!
