"Make a player use texture packs"
That's the most retarded thing I've ever heard. If a map says that it should be played with a texture pack, I don't get the map. Texture packs double the amount of work/time it takes to start playing the map.
A good builder doesn't need a texture pack to make their builds look good, and shouldn't make maps requesting that you use one.
