-The Beginning-
The day was August 4, 2010. The popular sandbox game, Minecraft, has recently added in multiplayer where server could be made. This wasn't a good thing. Server owners were running for their lives. The creator of Minecraft, Notch, was unaware of this until he checked his e-mails. To his suprise, it was spammed full of complaints. Notch went ahead and joined a server himself. 

-The Server-
It was total choas. Lava was oozing and dripping everywhere. Tnt was flying in all directions. Creepers were taking over the server. Notch was to tired to fix this problem so he want ahead and played on his survival world in singleplayer. This was the first ever Minecraft world to be generated.

-Survival-
Notch was having an enjoyable time playing on his world. He punched away at the crisp bark of trees and build himself a nive cozy house. Inside he managed to gather a bed and a few chest for storage. Along with that, he got a furnace and a few torchs for light. Nightfall came and he started to see the groaning zombies, clanking skeletons, and athletic spiders. Notch went in his bed and fell asleep.

-The Takeover-
Notch woke up later in the night. His vision was blurred and he felt heavy still very tired. Notch saw a crowd of green. He could hear faint explosions in the distance. The hissing was getting louder, and louder, and louder!

-The Escape-
Notch ran out of his house onto the crisp, crunchy grass. He heard faint explosions whilist pieces of wood flew past him. He had just escaped his house before it blew up. The smell of gun power in the air made him feel heavy and weak. Then he was sucked into the ground and landed into a hidden cave. 

-The Portal-
Notch was surrounded by complete darkness. The only light source he had was a small hole peeking out from the ground. He peeked outside to see what was happening. Outside he saw, a green portal where Creeper were flowing out at a rapid rate. He knew he had found the biggest bug ever. The Creeper Dimension. 

-Gearing Up-
Notch ventured deeper into the cave. He was encaved in full darkness. Along the side of the wall he was following he found a wooden box. A chest! Inside the chest, Notch found some torches and a wooden sword along with a book. Notch sat down by a wall and laid a torch besides him. The book read a clue to how to solve this mess.

-Book-
The book was very short saying, "Venture further and you'll find the path to successful or destruction." Notch continued into the depths of the cave.

-Pond-
As he furthered his way through the narrow hallway, he spotted a small opening just big enough to go through. The opening opened up to a huge sphere room fill with a decently large pond. At the edge of the pond, Notch found some sponge which he didn't find vary useful since it did nothing.

-Darkness-
After lurking around the room, he was purged into darkness, and fell for almost infinity. Notch has passed out, surrounded by darkness upon darkness. 

-Mystery-
Notch wakes up, his head hurting with excruciating pain. He trembled to find a underground temple. Notch got inside, and found healing equipment. On a small, raised platform, on a bookstand, lay another book ready to be read.

-Another Book-
Notch opened the book and focused on reading, "The Ban Hammer, The One Whom Holds The Power Of Creativity May Be The Strong Owner Of This Trusty Hammer!" Notch quickly sets the book back, to see a zombie trying to lift what looks like a hammer. 

-Time To React-
Notch rushs and grabs hold of the hammer, and swings towards the zombie. The zombie went flying across the room, sending him to his end. Notch finds out the power he has and rushs back to the portal. It was the time to react. It was time, to take back Minecraft!

-The Final Showdown-
Notch is back at the cave's entrace, thinking of a plan. Finally, Notch heaves his hammer through the ground and raises up to the surface. Creepers start crowding him, face to face with an army.  Notch, wisely, hits the ground with the hammer and the creepers go flying towards their doom. Notch runs towards the portal. Creepers are flying left and right to their demise. Notch gets so close to the portal, until a giant creeper raises up towards him. Notch swings his hammer and the Creeper Giant is slightly wounded. This makes the creeper mad. Notch is thrown towards a wall of a hill. He gets back up and hits the creeper multiple times. The creeper, not close to death, tries to hit Notch. Notch jumps upward but fails to dodge the creepers attack. At that moment, he threw the hammer as hard as he could straight into the portal with him flying backwards. The portals starts going corrupt. The Creeper Giant starts to fuse, but before the explosion size of a nuke goes, the creeper disappears. The portal closes. Notch walks up towards the portal looking for the hammer. He thought all hope was lost to the hammer, but then the hammer was spat out of the closed portal. 

-End-
You might be thinking of how this magical hammer became known the ban hammer? Well our story never fully ended. Notch, using his wits, added in this hammer to multiplyer servers. This is so erver owners could use the hammer to get rid of unwanted players. Notch decided to call this a ban. Now to this day and future days, this hammer is known to be the Ban Hammer.
