I know that alot of people think that when they join a server they can just ask for Admin. E.x 

piecraver joined the server.

      Ok so there are alot of things wrong with this.. I'm only going to go over the general things. If you want to get Admin than first off you should atleast play on the server for 2 months or so and get people to trust you. Second learn to spell right! No one likes the dumbass who thinks using text language and lowercase i (s) is going to get you somewhere. Heres an example of what I mean.

<piecraver> dude i want to know if i cn live with u.

Thats WRONG you look like your really young if you type like that.
Heres how you should you say that.

<piecraver> Dude I want to know if I can live with you.

Thats better
BUT if you really want to seem it...

<piecraver> Dude, I wanted to know if I can live with you.

You can see the difference hopefully..

If your going to talk like that you should know this, YOUR GOING TO HAVE TROUBLE BECOMING ANYTHING ABOVE MEMBER!!

3: Don't rage
I personnaly hate peopple that rage (unless its because of trolling) because that shows insecurity to other players.
Example

<GixxyOreo> Dude stop!
<piecraver> WHAT AM I DOING?
<GixxyOreo> Your griefing my house!!!!!!!!!!!!
<piecraver> no.....
<piecraver> THIS IS MY GODDAMN HOUSE AND YOUR TRYING TO STEAL IT FROM ME NOW
<piecraver> GTFO!!!
<GixxyOreo> *calling 911*
<Mod> Hello?
<GixxyOreo> I need you to jail piecraver
<Mod> Ok.. I will connect you to an Admin
<GixxyOreo> Ok
<AdminNamedGuy> Yo
<GixxyOreo> Jail piecraver peez
<AdminNamedGuy> He actually will be banned
piecraver was banned by AdminNamedGuy for 'Stop Raging!!!'
