Eat all their food
I have tried this before, and my friends drowned me, so try to stay away from them with this one!!
SETUP
Step 1- sneak into their house
Step 2- find their chest
Step 3- take their food
Step 4- find the person

you are mining for some diamond, when you realize that you are very hungry. You tell your friend to go to your house and get you some food. When he comes back with some food, you ask him to give it to you. He eats it ALL!!
Invisable creepers
I have not tried this one before, but it sounds like a lot of fun!! WARNING: YOU MAY BE KILLED BY CREEPERS!!
SETUP
Step 1- get some creepers to chase you
Step 2- Lure them into your friends house
Step 3- Make them invisible
Step 4- RUN AWAY!!

Your friend is on his way home from a hard day of mining, and his inventory is full of things he mined. He walked into his house, hears hissing, and long story short, he was never seen again. XD
Mine Flood
I have done this on my friend, and he lost some diamonds. :3
SETUP
Step 1- get a bucket of water
Step 2- sneak into their mine
Step 3- dig a 1-block hole into the celing, and place the water in it
Step 4- RUN!!!
IN ACTION
While mining, you friend just found a huge load of diamonds!! He gets all excited, and starts mining them. He hears some splashes, and BAM!! Diamonds go bye bye.
That's all I have right now, but I will gladly accept any ideas! THEIORNCHRIS WUZ HERE!!!

she belive in herobrine so I put on the house we live in (we live to gether on this server) a sign that said
"I'm back" she read it and asked me if I did this and I said no. she went to spawn and while she was their I put another sign saying "it's me-H.E.R.O.B.R.I.N.E" and she got really really, scared! next I put on scary music (when she came back) and after 20 minutes she asked me if it was me, I said no, I asked the admin to broadcast "*insert username here* I am gonna get you!" she was sooooo scared! then, I told her it was me.... long story short... she scared the hell outa me afterwards...
