There are lots of forums posts on pmc and alot get overlooked. I good way to make get people is have a good title, not just something blan like "youtube group join". It will get people to look at your post, one there keep them there with a long post( but not draggingly long) spoilers( caption things) and pictures. it makes it look more proffensional, and last it always helps to be a higher lvl, it shows commitment and proffesionaity along with some skills like map creation or skin creation
