First you will need to find an ender portal. This can be done by making one in Creative mode or finding one in Survival. In Creative you will need to make a 4x4 square of ender stone without using corners. Then you place an ender eye on each stone. Then dig one block down in the portal. Then the portal should be active. In Survival you have to find a stronghold like structure and you will find one you can jump in. With all the materials, go into your portal.
Avoiding all enemies, climb each tower and break each crystal with your sword. Then camp on one of the towers and shoot the dragon whenever it comes near. When the dragon dies, go around and pick up all the exp. Then exit though the portal on the ground near where the dragon died. You have just killed the Ender Dragon! Congratulations!
