Admin/op:
1. be sure to follow the server rules
2. no server likes admins that caps and spam
3. Don't overuse your powers when you are admin
3. help everyone
4.Don't ask for op/admin all the time or getting a better rank. this is a 50% chance of getting you banned. if you say it after that you will maybe be temp banned. so be careful!
builder:
same rules as admin/Op And:
1. Be sure to build good things. that doesn't look ugly.
2. when you are a builder. be sure to help when admins are building: new spawn. maybe new hunger games. and all new features that is going to be added to the server
