The extreme lack of apocalypse mods

In the past recent days, I have found that there is a MASSIVE lack of "apocalypse" mods.
Why is this? Why is there such a huge lack of apocalyptic mods? I found only a few that fall into this category:
Scape and Run: Parasites
The Horde
Zombiecraft
Lost Cities
..And that's about it. That's every apocalyptic mod I found after about 20 minutes of searching.

Idk exactly, maybe during this summer, or next year. It's because i don't have a lot of free time and i have another projects at the same time.

I know some other mods that are apocalyptic:
- Zombie extreme (a complete ZA mod)
- tough as nails (for harder survival)
- zombie awareness (better zombies)
- bad mobs (for making only zombies spawn)
- mobsunscreen (zombies and skeletons doesn't burns in sunlight(
Together these mods are good for Z apocalypse
