I am a minecraft server owner and I get lots of questions about how to get mod, or admin. Well today I am going to tell you what a server owner like me is looking for. So if you want to be staff on any server your are going to have to read this!

First off you will have to be dedicated. Any player who wants to help out will need to put lots of time into a server. If you are not active everyday then it wont give you a fighting chance at staff. You also have to be very mature. When people are asking you things dont cuss or rage. Another tip is not to ask too many questions to staff. Unless you honestly dont know something then ask the server before you ask them. This is because the staff is busy and they dont have time to answer many questions.

For my last tip you need to be a staff member is to do what others dont. Be on when the server needs you must and be on when staff is not on. It really shows. Also try to be the best you can on that server. If you are a really popular player on the server it will also make a big difference when the owner has to chose staff.
