-Register And Login In PMC.
-Register At PMC Forums.
-Go to My Account.
-Click 'Change Avatar' Button.
-You Can See 'Upload image from your machine' and 'Choose File'.
-Click On 'Choose File'.
-Find Your Picture Or Animation (GIF)
