My friend : hey, How do you can coloring in Sign in minecraft SSP?
Me : you must have an MCEdit. and then, place Sign anywhere in MCEdit or minecraft. then, in MCEdit, double click that woodplanks(sign), on bottom, you will see a text say "Color Code" click it. and then, choose an color you want. then back to minecraft.. your sign text will COLORED...

People always asked me an coloring text on sign... so i give you all an tutorial how to coloring a text on a sign in SSP

Tutorial SSP :

1. Download MCEdit here!
   
   
2. launch minecraft
   
   
3. create a new world in minecraft or play in another world
   
   
4. place a sign anywhere
   
   
5. and then, back to the menu
   
   
6. launch MCEdit
   
   
7. load your world
   
   
8. and then, double click an sign (in MCEdit, an woodplanks)
   
   
9. you see a text box say "Color Code", click it
   
   
10. the text box showing an color names. choose a color you want.
    
    
11. then, an code appear on top.
    
    
12. write it whatever you want.. don't erase the code..
    
    
13. back to the minecraft
    
    
14. go to the world you edited
    
    
15. your sign text will colored
