Minecraft xbox 360 Edition and other platforms can receive any texture packs that are 16x16 or 32x32.
With that in mind, you can help create texture by basically editing two xbox 360 key files.
The "terrain.png" that corresponds to all the minecraft block items and the "items.png" as in the name already says items in general, the rest of the files (mobs, armor don't change, they are the same).
Download the 2 files and share with the 360 people who can put it to play.
Tips:
- replace everything with the new texture on top of the standard files and place for download, which someone can launch for the xbox 360.
- share your creations so they can be easily accessed.
