Hey guys! In this tutorial I will be telling and showing you how to create the epic and awesome base in Minecraft survival mode. This blog includes lots of helpful tips to go from sleeping in that dirt shack to a fort made of nether brick. So to start out, for your first day, I recomend you gather as much wood as possible, then when the sun begins to go down, create a dirt shack. I know, I know. I'm supposed to be helping you get something better than a dirt house, but I will. Be patient. While it's night time, dig a 2x1 hole down until you reach stone then begin mining. Collect as much as you need to create a full set of stone tools. Then create a furnace and the tools. (HINT: You will need a crafting table to do that. :b ) When the sun comes up the next day, go out to collect some more wood and kill a few sheep and cow on the way. If you have any extra time, find a small cave system or a nice spot in a mountain to ctrip mine and look for iron and coal. You can spend all night mineing if you want, but be careful you might lose your items to monsters. Before mining you can create a chest to store your items in. Or yoou can you the keepInventory cheat. If cheat mode is turned on for your world them simply press slash and type the following: /gamerule keepInventory true. That will ten allow you to keep your items in your invemtory if you die. So that's it for this entry, don't forget to suscribe and favourite this blog and type to ya soon!
Alright guys, welcome back and thank you for supporting this blog. Last time when we left off, you should have been mining. So to continue from there, make your mining trip as quick as possible. You only need to gether a few coal lumps and some iron ore. When you get back to the surface make sure to retrieve your stuff if you left it in a chest. So, lets count up your materials right now.
-At least 64 raw dark oak wood
-At least 5 lumps of coal
-At least 8 iron ore
-A furnace and crafting table
-A full set of wooden tools
-Some wool, mutton, beef and/or leather
-Some extra cobblestone
(If I've forgotten anything be sure to let me know and I will fix it.) So in your furnace, cook any food that you have using the coal, and smelt the iron ore. You can use the iron ore to create two regular pistons.
Crafting Recipe For Pistons:
You will need these later on to decorate your house. The red object is redstone. You will not be able to craft the piston now, because redstone is an ore, that isn't rare but can only be found in some really low elavations. You will only need two iron to create the pistons, so use 3 other iron ingots to create a iron pickaxe.
Iron Pickaxe Recipe:
That'll be all for today. Hope you found this useful. Don't forget to press that suscribe button, and I'll type to ya next time!
