1:capture two zombie villagers.
2:go to the nether and kill a blaze
3:get 18 gold ingots
4:make two golden apples and a weakness potion
5:make the weakness potion a splash potion
6:make it so one zombie can't reach the other
7:splash the weakness potion on the zombie villagers then feed them the two golden apples
8:wait and they will have become villagers
9:build a village
10:put the villagers in the village and they will breed
11:look at their trades kill the villagers that you think are bad make sure that you leave two
12:trade
the butcher trades meat for emeralds
the blacksmith trades emeralds for stuff like diamond gear but also has some bad trade like the 4 diamonds for one emerald
the librarian trades paper and books for emeralds and trades emeralds for bookshelves
the farmer trades wheat for emeralds
the priest trade emeralds for glowstone,redstone,bottle o enchanting and he can change the enchantment/repair/enchant your tools
