Hello and welcome, my name is Xoyjaz and in this blog I will be teaching you and giving you advice about: How to make friends on PMC.
First of all this blog is primary for the new members on PMC (Which I greet now), if you have many friends or having easy finding friends than you can either leave this blog or just go on reading for your own pleasure. Ito s up to you =) Anyways I will tell you the basics and give you some advice + examples.
But now lets take a look at the most important person here, you! Yes you, you are the only reason why I made this blog.
INTRODUCTION:
First things first, you need to introduce yourself when you enter PMC. Personal information is not recommended, tell us your interests and what you usually like to do. When you enter a new community you start from scratch, people dont know who you are or what you do. Keep calm and be nice when you proceed other members on PMC. To keep on tracks, remember to always read the site rules =)
WHEN COMMUNICATING WITH THE COMMUNITY:
PMC have many members as you can see. Every member has a part in this community, and they are the reason why this community is so special. Now that you have entered this new place you need to find some friends to share your common interests with. When talking to another player for the first time or in general, please keep in mind: 1.Who you are talking to 2. What mood the member is 3. How mature the member is 4.Or even if the member is available. Ito s important to show yourself in a good way. When you are talking to another member you need to be polite and kind. Share some thoughts and interest and see if you have something in common. If you were ever to get a friend, dono t nag him about you submissions or your channel too much, dono t be rude. If you are having a conversation with him/her dont let it be 1 way traffic, give some time so that both can talk and share thoughts (simply keep the conversation Alive )
TO PROCEED AS A FRIEND:
Now you maybe have met some wonderful people, and you might have figured out who you want as your chat buddy or PMC buddy ^^. Keep on talking with the person you like talking with and maybe even sub him/her to keep on tracks with his/her work. Maybe once in a while share your work and ask for opinions =). You dono t need a friend list or someplace where is says o FRIEND So to be friends with the person. As long as you both say your friends then ito s fine. People always ask me why I haveno t added them to my friend lists, and I simply reply: o You dono t need to be on that list to be my friendo . Another important thing is if someone likes your work, it doesno t mean the person is your friends. It can be different reasons like: a friendly thing to do or the person is praising your good work.
ADVICE AND EXAMPLES:
Other than that I think you are good to go and make some friends. You dont need to follow these advices, if you know what to do just do it! If this was any help than I am thankful I could someone. ADVICE AND EXAMPLES:
Example 1
When entering the chat say hi, maybe someone says hi back =) Or saying bye =)
Example 2
Personal stuff is for the private message; dono t tell everyone in the chat whato s on your heart if people would not appreciate that. This will prevent people to think that you are weird.
Example 3
Approach people who are in a good mood, who are bored or who just need someone to talk with. Kick of some nice words with them and see if you can make some friends
Example 4
Respect other people`s thoughts or opinions on stuff. Dont be rude, be polite.
Example 5
If someone needs help or if someone wants you to look at his work, try your best to help others in need and maybe take a look at someoneo s hard work. Maybe you can start a conversation from there.
Example 6
Have a good time with the person you are talking with, never say that you are bored talking to him.
Example 7
If you are completely new on PMC and entering the chat, never be that guy who doesno t get the friends he desserves. Try not to be naggy about something and try to talk with few people at the beginning.
Example 8
Its harder to gain friends if you are lv.1 then lv.10. Thats because people dont always share much stuff like they do with PMC noobs . But thats no problem as long as you keep on being active and really do something good for the community. As I say many times, talk and share interesting stuff.
Example 9
If you see a conversation with some interesting information you might think you can share your thoughts on, then do it. Just dont favorites your thoughts.
Example 10
Try to reply as fast as possible to a message.
