INTRODUCTION
This post is in my opinion, as a previous server owner. From what I saw from these
few steps could give you a chance at almost any server. This isn't anything but a few
ways on how to help you, Not to guarentee you.

1) BE NICE : In the chat, try to be nice to everyone. No matter who is trying to annoy
you. Whatever you do, don't lose your chill. As moderator on a server the owners expect
you not to abuse in any way. They also expect you to answer everyone in a nice way, So
losing your chill can ruin your reputation and have a higher chance of getting demoted

2) APPLICATIONS : Applications are by far the most easiest way to get moderator on
the server. Write out what you know you can do and how you can help. Don't lie because
if you lie, you will end up getting demoted for not doing what you said you could do. In that
case, If moderator isn't your thing, Try Builder or Youtuber.

3) BE ACTIVE : Being active is one of the top notch steps on becoming a moderator.
Any Server owners would agree with me on this, that they do not like active staff! In the forums
to, try to reply to topics with helpful information and not useless Bullsh*t. Be active on the server,
if you can't get on for long, then try to be very helpful for the time you can be on.

4) REPUTATION : Get a good reputation, by having a good reputation, staff will notice you, they
will catch on that regular members like you and will recommened you for staff. When you have
a good reputation, it's easier for owners to choose you because you are well known around the
server, Help out a lot and is nice!

5) DON'T SUCKUP : One thing as a previous server owner hated was suckups. Self explanitory

6) DON'T BUG STAFF : Bugging staff to see your post or asking them questions about recruiting
staff will not help. Staff will anounce when on the website when staff applications are open or when
staff are needed. If you are active on the website you should have no problem!

7) WHEN TO ASK, AND WHEN NOT TO : If you have a question about a staff related question, you
should probably when to ask and when not to. If you just joined the server and the first thing you ask
if how can I become staff, Either staff are going to ignore you or mute you. Doing that can give you a
bad reputation from the start and have a hard time coming back up, Once you do that and try to get it
you might be notified as a suckup. What you want to do is wait until you know staff is needed, Once you
know that, it's the right time to ask, Don't ask for staff, but see what the owner is looking for in a staff
member and what not. Going to forward is another bad thing, Don't bug the staff about if you are doing
good and when will you be a staff.

8) GET IN TOUCH : One way for staff to notice you, is to get in touch. Get in touch and talk to the
moderators. When your talking to the moderators, Don't reveal your wanting staff. Talk to staff as in you
where talking to a friend. Once you know a mod/admin likes you, It is easier to get your reputation up and
your chances at getting staff.

9) TALK IN CHAT : Talk in chat, Even if your not staff and don't need to answer questions, It's better
to get used to it if you do become it. If you talk in chat, It is easier for the Owners to spot what your
doing.

10) USE TEAMSPEAK : If the server has a teamspeak, Join it. It is the best way to communicate with
other staff or players. Remember, Talking to players or staff can build your reputation and help you
get staff!
