I know, this is really simple, and, probably 80% of you know how to, but this is for you who don't.
1. Go to www.mojang.com
2. Scroll down until you see 'Get the snapshot here'
3. Click 'client'
4. Type in %appdata%
5. Click the 'bin' folder
6 (optional) Copy the current minecraft.jar into a new folder
7. Drag the minecraft.jar you downloaded into the 'bin' folder
8. Close everything and run minecraft
9. Enjoy your latest snapshot :D
