How to get to the farlands in 1.17 Minecraft: Java Edition;

1. Open the Launcher and then click on settings, then click on "Show historical versions of Minecraft: Java Edition in the Launcher"
2. Click on the "MINECRAFT: Java Edition" button.
3. Click on Installations then click on new installation.
   
4. Change Version to old_beta b1.7.3.
5. Name it whatever you want.
6. Click create, scroll down to the bottom of your instance list then click play on that new instance.
7. Create a new world like normal.
8. Save and quit world, then exit minecraft.
9. Create new instance Minecraft release 1.6.2 and play it.
10. Go to the world you created and click on re-create and switch the gamemode to creative WITH CHEATS!!!
11. Click create world.
12. Open chat and run this command /tp [​PlayerName] 12550821 64 12550821 (replace [​PlayerName] with your player name.)
    
13. Save and quit Minecraft
14. Play in old_beta b1.7.3 and load up your copy world and you will be in the farlands!
15. Then save and quit open it in 1.6.2 again (I know its a process, sorry) save and quit.
16. Open it again in 1.9, 1.12, and 1.14.
    
17. Finally open it in 1.17, this should also work for 1.18, and 1.19.

  The reason you have to change the version so many times is because the terain generation changes, witch can mess with the way the chunks load causing coruption. If you want to be in creative push open to LAN change gamemode to creative and allow cheats to on, press Open to LAN, open chat and type /gamemode creative @s. Also, the only chunks of the farlands you can have in later versions are the ones from the chunks you loaded in old_beta b1.7.3.
