How to improve your general life.

It has come to my recent attention that some minecrafters, on my server and elsewhere, have not very happy lives to put it simply. Here is a short list and explanation on how to improve your general life.

Several things that matter is keeping clean. Brushing your teeth, shower every day, comb your hair. Our bodies are meant to be clean, it just makes us feel better. And the odds are, if your reading this, you live in a world where there is a ready supply of water and electricity.

(For people in school) Not to sound like your mother or anything, but do your homework as soon as you can, before you watch TV or play minecraft. Even I sometimes neglect this, but when you do your homework as soon as you can, you will be stress free and have no worries.

Be confident. In 6th grade and below, I was a pretty shy person. Not only was I always nervous around people, but it held me back. A lot. Now that I am confident in my life, I don't really care what people think of me. Being able to speak what you want to say is a very enjoyable thing. One of the easiest ways to gain confidence is actually to become a referee. I am a level 8 soccer referee, and enjoy it and get paid.

Play sports. As my coach would put it, sports turn the broken down lexus (you before sports) and turns you into a high octane Ferrari. (After sports) The Ferrari runs cleaner, faster, and smoother then a old broken down car. Being in shape and eating right helps you so much it isn't even funny.

Eat well. As I said above, eating well matters. There are so many things out there that are bad for you. Like soda. Its not the sugars, its the sodium. The sodium stays in your body for a couple weeks and absorbs your water, effectively dehydrating you. Its like running that Ferrari without oil. Now of course, you love soda, so keep it at one a day, but no more then two. Also, replace your gatorade with vitamin water. Gatorade has as much sodium in it as soda, but since there is more fluids it has even more. (Most sodas have 60mgs of sodium per can, if you look at a gatorade it has 110 mg of soda per serving, and there are 2.5 servings per bottle which evens out to 270mg of sodium.)

Sleep well. Staying up to 3 in the morning then waking up at 8 may not feel so bad, but it really is bad for you. Promise.

Eat as soon as you can. While your asleep, your body eats your muscles for energy to survive. So take a little nighttime snack to bed with you, and when you wake up eat something before you do anything else.

Doing all of these things will generally just improve your life. Staying clean, eating well, keeping in shape, and sleeping well is amazing for you. Just one last little tip:

Removing Stressors. You need to find out what is causing you stress (Probably that 3 page paper due tomorrow?) And fix it. Multiple things cause stress: having younger brothers beat you up, having late homework/bad grades, not feeling well, and others. Just target your stressors and remove them as effectively as possible (Yes, your little brother is a human to and you can cope with each other.)
